- Date is confirmed only once invoice has been accepted; first come, first serve.
- Photo deliverables sent via Google Drive link by 2pm the day following the event.
- Video deliverables sent via Google Drive link within 48hrs of end of event.
- Payment is due prior to receiving deliverables.
- Rates account for travel up to 1hr from Oakville, ON - will travel further at an additional cost.
- Rates assume guestlist/media for the event & free parking - parking/event cost will be included on invoice if free parking/entry is not available.

Base rates are per event, not per artist.
Meaning if other bands on your bill require services, you can split the base cost & each only pay your cost of deliverables in full. (*up to 4 artists to ensure deadlines are met)
Base rates cover the cost of the shoot for the duration of your set(s). If multiple bands are purchasing different service bundles, the higher base rate will be used.
